The thing that i hope not to happen is milan selling Pirlo to chelsea. They'll probably try to replace him and i can't think of many players that are similar to pirlo in the league than D'ago.

With the money that they'll get from selling Pirlo they can easilly offer Udinese straight cash instead of the players + cash deal that we're offering them....

ohhh Albert...you guys must fret not as Ancelotti has taken his xmas tree formation with him. Depends on what kind of formation Leonardo will be using next year and he may not need to have a pirlo type player in his starting XI. Besides, it doesn't make sense to replace a player with a player that was titled after the player he is replacing....:shifty:

Anyone out there? its that time of night that no one is posting and i am all alone:sad:

haha i was gonna say the page says "8" viewing but no one ever wants to speak up. It is probably all the newbies too afraid....

so your at work? haha i just got back. I am in bed, your probably just wishing you were right now:)

:edit: I just want to clarify that I meant you wish you were in YOUR bed not you wish you were in bed with me. It was poorly written so I felt obligated to suffocate any confusion around that :andy:

well Thiago Motta was injury prone at Barca and he has been great since which is why Inter signed him. But, i prefer another player that we wont lose and leave a considerable gap when African Nations Cup comes along.

btw, that was Vinman's weekly post. We won't see him for another 7 days. :pumpkin:

He is like a rare flower, only comes out late at night to full bloom but only every so often

can anyone "technically" play consistently at the highest level? even sissoko had trouble
He is 27 years old and has finally put in a good season. He has the potential to be a one season wonder.

I would welcome D'Agostino to the club, but he is not goin cheap...maybe the club are thinking of looking at others who have a more proven record for the similar amounts.

What are our scouts doing? I mean why must we look at established players in other teams, or continue to pursue the Azzurri contingent? If that is the case, then let's give our scouts a holiday as we may well not need them, if all we are after are Azzurri players and other club's rejects  :sigh:

I say if the D'Ago deal falls through, get someone who has been playing consistently in a lesser known team (whether it be in Europe or South America); he would come considerably cheaper, and may well do a decent job. After all, even with D'Ago or Diarra we never know how consistent or injury-free they may be. Hello Scouts anyone?!

News from the Mercato thread (got updated after I translated it earlier yesterday): Juve wanted to loan Diarra from Real but they only want to sell so Juve will wait.
