From what I've seen, if I'm not mistaken, he's a left footed classy, good passer and intelligent DM. He could do better as a classic CM.

On the other side, he looks soft, slow, poor movement off the ball and out of concentration sometimes. Let's give him time.

If you mean if he was ever called for Brazil U18/16 teams, as far as I'm concerned, no. And normally they just call youngsters who play in the country.

If you mean if he can suggest young playes to be signed, Juve is certainly paying attention - Bonatini was signed, and they tried for Thomas (Flamengo's young AM/winger), but apparently the transfer didn't go down. I don't know the rules, but normally Juve goes for kids who have or can have EU passport. And not many can have it.
