They don't need mental capacity, they need motivation, it's not like they need to win a title.
Reaching top 4 is like winning a title for this bunch at this point. When the pressure is really on, I see us crumbling big time.

Maybe we can jihadball our way to a few wins but this team lacks the confidence to play aggressively.

Nah this bunch can play if given simple instructions and led by a good motivator. They have shown multiple times this season that they are not easily rattled. Biggest problem is motta imo

Knowing Conte I doubt he would be willing to work under this clueless management.

And if he did they would be bumping heads in season one which would lead him to leave asap.
Knowing our management - They will be bumping heads with themselves in any other scenario as well..
Conte will come here if we reach the CL - Should we fail to reach the CL... He might refuse and this talk will be irrelevant.

In any case - If we need to choose between Mancini and Tudor - Tudor it is.

What a pathetic and weak management.

Not only should this idiot have been sacked months ago, but if his position is now under serious threat…why not just immediately sack him after the Atalanta or Fiorentina games, and get in Tudor or whoever for the last 9 games and give him time to get things in order during the international break?

We are in for many rough years I feel. Absolutely clueless shit.

Are you sure you would have said the same thing if Allegri was still coaching us? :p

And hard disagree. It's by no means a great squad, but the shit Motta has been pulling in just one season is simply pathetic.

Not sure how much difference Tudor will make. However we've gotten to the point that any face is better than no face.

@Lion

If that’s the list and Conte doesn’t want to come just get Mancini he’ll steady the ship well finish second for sure and all of his former players love him as a person that’s what we need.

not even surprised

just banter era stuff, and it's not even the worse possible candidate. we'll hit the bottom when ballardini is called when we'll already have 3 coaches on our payroll, all fired lol
I'm not sure about that.

He's stubborn, refuses to field the best or most in form players & can't get the best out of his team (not even close). He's also a terrible communicator who seems to lack tactical knowledge.

Hmm, come to think of it, he would be a perfect successor to Motta.
