The coach has to speak Italian. Whether he is put in place 6-12 months before or they have a crash course over pre-season, whatever, they can come from Zanzibar or wherever, but they have to have a grasp of Italian early in the season.

Doesn't at all mean they have to be Italian or Serie A-experienced, but there is an inevitable learning curve for anyone coming into the league. That's the same for most leagues.
Not-so-realistic scenario: Hansi Flick exits Germany NT after the WC and is available for courting. Do we really pass on the guy that in 1.5 seasons at Bayern won literally every club competition possible and most of them twice? Imo if you're a great coach that's enough to coach Juventus and everything else is details, great coaches will adapt to languages, cultures and supplement them with their own experience.

Given that we wont be going to the world cup this year, there's not much for him to do until 2024. Plenty of time for them to find a replacement.
As for who will be replacing him? Perhaps Ancelotti when he finishes at Real, although he has said in the past that he will probably retire once his contract is up. Another candidate is Cannavaro, apparently...
As for Allegri I'm not sure the FIGC would take a bet on someone who got fired twice by juve. Jihadball is also well acquainted in Italy, so I doubt it would be a popular move.
Don't forget the figc once hired ventura, if he was picked then so can allegri

Make Landucci the head coach and Allegri his assistant. Perhaps, Allegri will walk out of Juve in anger [after being humiliated] and we wouldn’t have to pay him.
Very doable scenario at the moment. It won't happen but is doable, except if his employment contract is specifically for head coach, then we would have to pay.

That would be too radical for a club like us even though our situation demands a radical change

If we were to go out of the box, it would atleast have to be a coach who can understand Spanish/Italian like Mourinho for example who had no prior Serie A experience before taking the Inter job.

Pep and Ancelotti didnt speak German before Bayern either, they learned it. Italian can be learned too, even if you're not from the same language branch.

Im not even saying Flick is a realistic option, that guy has a contract until summer 2024, but imo language shouldnt be a significant part of the equation.
