I think there are two things we need to learn from this game (and the other friendlies too):
1. With all the aerially strong players we have, we need to be better at defensive set pieces. With better heading, Sunderland could have scored another 2-3 goals.
2. It's time our strikes start scoring. Del Piero, Trezeguet and Iaquinta have all been guilty of sloppy finishing. We all know they are able to score and it's about time they show it to our opponents.
