I found this. It doesn't say how tall, but it does remark on his size: -
    Primavera Player Profile- Sebastian Giovinco
    By: Gianfranco | February 14th, 2007
Giovinco a 20 year old forward for the Juventus primavera squad has made some headlines lately. Scoring two goals against Palermo at the Viareggio tournament last week, have lead to the “next Del Piero” comparisons which have also been put upon past primavera stars Davide Chiumiento, Michele Paolucci, Rey Volpato, and recently Raffaele Palladino. Chiumiento being the most highly rated out of the group.
Giovinco impressed many at the Copa Carnevale tournament scoring twice against Palermo and then again against Malaysian. The young forward seems to have an easier path to Juventus first team football then past primavera strikers, due to the new UEFA regulations mandating home grown talent. Giovinco has impressive skills, excellent speed and finishing abilities which of course encouraged the Del Piero comparisons. The only knock is his size, a small frame but still only 20 has time to develop. He is also a staple in the Italian Under 20 team, he has excelled in the primavera squad and is getting recognition from abroad as he is rumored to be involved in transfer talks with Manchester United.

Apart from all this speculation, the forward is being held in high regards and may pass Palladino in the ranks if he continues his impressive form. In the Moggi era a player like this was sure to be loaned out and left to rot (Chiumiento, Guzman, Masiello, Volpato, Sculli). Those are just the players who have been loaned out numerous times and never found a home, they go through more coaching changes then the Oakland Raiders. Hopefully with the new management and new regulations Giovinco along with other primavera starlets will be able to stick with the bianconeri. The future is bright for Giovinco and hopefully we see him in bianconero, not Siena, but Juve.

the only two videos I could find of the youngster, enjoy

    Deschamps: “in Liege to grow”

As a normal championship week. Friday is the day before, for Didier Deschamps. And so, get down to the press conference. For once, there’s no need to explain the characteristics of the various Serie B formations, but to anticipate the subjects of the friendly match that the squad will play Saturday afternoon in Liege, against Standard.

The technical has his mind clear about what he’s expecting from the match: “This is an opportunity to take part in a different contest, as we don’t go into any international pitch. It will be a different situation, compared with our reality. Two are the aims I settled. First, let who has played less find his rhythm and condition, because next month I need everyone. Second, get more information about some young players, to better test them at the right moment”.

It’s not an official match, and once in a while, the French technical is close to announce the formation. In Torino remain Zanetti and Nedved, along with Palladino, back from the Under 21 because of a problem to one of the knees. The formation could have Mirante as goalkeeper, five defenders (Birindlli, Zebina, Boumsong, Legrottaglie and Balzaretti), with four regular players. Marchionni, Paro and Marchisio midfielders, Zalayeta and Trezeguet the attackers, and the new Giovinco: “he has very good qualities on the technical level – Didier confirms – he always played with people of the same age or younger. He has been training with us for 15 days now, to get used to fight with the adults. He’s among the young players with more chances; we have to see how he will behave with the professionals”.

The speaking is about the match in Liege, but also about a declaration of the technical himself given during his participation to “Filo Diretto” on Juventus Channel: “I said that today, at this moment, this team could not fight for the Championship. If this group is to be confirmed, and new players arrive, I’ll have different ideas. My consideration should not take away anybody’s will to be ambitious. I am ambitious too, but I must be impartial”.
