This ain't potentially a good look for this season, in a matchup where there is high pressure in midfield, you will see too much of the ball with our CBs in build up, and without Bonucci we look so inept bypassing said pressure.

Lemina has played CM in 2 man mid, tho most of his CM games been in 3 man mid. It's latter he been used as winger alot more due no alternative for Cuadrado.


Sturaro in comparison haven't been entertained their once because it's top static and demanding for his inept technique and passing. He been used as run around Sue approach to give the hustle om wing and run into box ala pretend Mandzukic.

God $#@!ing help us trying to play from the back with our soft as $#@! midfield and no Bonucci. We're going to get pressed into making mistakes a LOT.

Sure was an issue today. Only a friendly but sure could be a problem getting the new offensive pieces the ball to do damage. I expect Rugani will be fine but MDS worries me more. The backline will take time but now see the point where posters really want another MF brought in.

We could have easily lost 5-0 . I can see how frustrated Buffon is with those backpass that brings trouble to him. Our defense clearly is missing Bonucci. Rugani can't organize the defense or play the ball from back. His passes is always sideways to Chiellini . We were on shambles defensively, no organization, not able to play from the back, and no DM to cover our weakness. On top of that Lich was poor defensively and offensively.
Hopefully this is just a pre-season thing otherwise i can see us going out in the CL group stage .
