Both goals are from defensive disorganisation. The first we have a few players scrambling and not sure who is picking up who. The second looked like we maybe could have played Simeone offside if the players knew each other better.

Overall we played OK but badly lack quality imgoing forward. We manage to get our wingers in space but Weah is very limited and Yildiz lacks end product. Vlahovic needs to get a rhythm.

Thuram, Luiz and surprisingly Gatti were good.

Cabal is very raw. Not a fan of no look back passes, no look back heels in the box and tackling from behind. You can see potential but he shouldn't be starting.

Idealy we need 2 wingers, one AM, one centre back and either a RB or LB.

We all did want to see with a new manager what a Yidez-Dusan-Chiesa front might have done? Though supposedly the manager doesn't like Chiesa, though again i wouldn't put it past Giuntoli whispering in Motta's ear the approach Juve wants to take. Seriously Motta has gone with Weah where Chiesa could have played entire preseason. So Weah fits his scheme more than Chiesa?

No one at fault first goal, felt like decent half except clumsy effort by Cabal. 2-0 is flattering for Atletico. We missed decent chances.

did you notice how good the goalie was with his feet? i'm sure glad juve has that quality over a starting winger or starting cb.

Thank god it was only for 55th minutes, other way we would have lost. Its true that friendlies doesnt matter, but you are able to see that cuntoli have no clue about football, and cabal can not defend, neither attack.

Our defense look suspect on these 2 goals. As we played mostly deep line and zonal for several season I guess it need time for defender to absorb Motta's new philosophy.

I still thought Bremer - Danilo would still a better partnership and need to be tried. On this match we use Backline with Cambiasso - Gatti - Bremer - Cabal

Nothing to worry about folks, remember we are already seeing a completely different style which is more pleasant on the eye, now we just need to stop losing games and buy a few more starters and sell a bunch of deadwood and the results will eventually come.
