I remember Henrys hat-trick against Roma. I remember how he made Inter look like Roma vs. Utd @ Meazza some seasons ago. He also was behind our defeat against ArseAnal. He is a great player.

He is a great player in terms of ability and his consistency however I agree with what has been said previously, he does not perform often enough in the big games.

Zambrotta was a midfielder originally, and pretty crappy as well. Lippi transformed him into a defender, but he missed the jackpot that was Henry. And don't throw your anti-EPL shit at me either, because Henry owns everywhere he plays, not just EPL.
thats true.In my opinion, hes the best forward......:shifty: or was 1-2 years ago

I don't know where to post this,I don't wanted to start a new thread for this...

Kovac tornerà in Germania, Boumsong tornerà in Francia.

1)i'd prefer keeping Boumsong rather than getting Dainelli
2)15 million is too much for Barzagli, anything over 10 is a rip off
3)according to j1897, Zapata is not that good, but have never seen him play so i don't know.
4)Camoranesi should be kept, we all saw what he can produce when he wants
5) In midfield we should keep the same line up as this year except Gianni leaves and Frings and Ribery come
6)Pirlo would be fantastic, but don't see it happening except for a swap for Gigi which i would not take up
7)If Trezeguet leaves, we need a goalscorer, a poacher, and i don't think Bianchi is. If Trez leaves we should get Huntelaar and Pazzini, both young strikers in good form. Bianchi is good with a small team like Reggina, but as we saw with Legro, it does not mean he will cut it at a big team
8)If Zalayeta and Bojinov leave we need another reserve, and that could be someone like Pizarro who is a free transfer and/or Saviola who is also free.

I wouldnt want both Rib and Malouda. Along with Mavuba that would be too french for even me.
yes too french but IMO that would be a great midfield line, one of the best in the world, wouldn't mind for this to happen, altough the chances are minimal for this to happen

i would also keep boumsong and also get dainelli his free and a decent defender.
Zapata has impressed me in the few games that i've seen him play

its inter ffs! despite hector cuper being a defensive manager he wasnt good at it and besides even zebina has had field days against inter.

I have the same opinion but this does not mean that Henry isn't a world class player

im a little bewildered as what is considered world class these days, what do u have to achieve or do? some consider cisse and anelka world class yet ive seen nothing from them - but from the showings when it matters the most i.e the wc and cl finals he has shown very little, in my eyes sum1 who is world class is consistant and good at their job and that would be sum1 like zambrotta not henry who is quite frankly as inconsistant as the evidence used against juve in the calciopoli scandal

We need 2 only 1 worlc class CB we got the other one in Criscito..
world class is a big word. he would be good next to a world class defender that will lead the defence

on a more general subject:

we are associated with alot of the raising names. football world is expecting us to be like real madrid, barca and inter

but if you go back more than two years back we always made deals in good prospect players rather than the obvious choices. if you compare us with inter. they always bought what the media rate highly specially if they are Argentinians

the point is that i dont think players like ribry would come.

if we get a well balanced squad, regardless of how big the names are. we should compete given that we have a competent coach. which i think DD is.
