Considering our injury problems, I doubt any backup player will remain a bench warmer for a long time.

It's why I can't comment on this transfer. If he comes and starts then Bonucci is not going to warm our bench for sure. I doubt he'd agree to be our back up.

Can't we sign both? Hard...Are we planning to get rid of Chiellini and sign both? :shifty:
With Gallas should come a younger CB. I think Bonucci would accept more then bench rather than Kjaer...

Gallas, Chiellini, Bonucci, Leggro would be really sweet as CBs.

Gallas and Bonucci could be used as rb when need be. Definetly a very improved defense with them around.

Get Gallas and pair him with Chiellini. So call back Ariaudo and bench him with Legrottaglie.
The second half of last season, Ariaudo had started pretty much in Cagliari's starting XI. Ariaudo will be our next Chiellini.

Not really minor after all. It seems the difference is 1mln euros.

We offer 2.5 and it seems it's our highest while they seek for 3.5

He could meet with Roma but no way they will offer more. I think we're still in pole position, unless Arsenal offers him a renewal.

Yet you still opened a thread for him in the Players Section. :p

It's not there.

I got all horny but never mind that. But still, I'm pretty sure we'll find an agreement.

How the fuck can media know if there's a million difference? He just left the meeting, there were no quotes so I don't think it's true. It's just their guess, or just a fresh news to sell papers.

Seems like a normal day for the media then. ;)

...

2.5M/year does sound about right.

I would be hard to pick between Gallas and Bonucci when both of them fit. Gallas won't be accepting bench role and Bonucci seems to be our future for us. I also think Del Neri rate Legro as Legro played great under Del Neri in Chievo. Might be there is some understanding between Del Neri and Legro

It's great Marotta strict with what he offering. 2.5m is 2.5.. Gallas agent better accept it or leave it

Honestly, he didn't look good in his 1st game at the WC. Reminds me of Cannavaro flailing at balls because he`s lost some athleticism.
