Why buy a player that's well past his prime? I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and keep an eye on him during the WC, but I'm not holding my breath.
Our current CB would be Chiellini and Legro. So getting Gallas on a bosman would be quite handy if we're running out of cash, and then buying Bonucci to have fairly good options.
I was hoping for a better defender to play next to Chiellini and surely somebody younger. Having him would make our defense stronger but on the other hand it would be too hard to rely on him, as he's kinda injury prone. That would leave us with pretty-average-as-always Legro and it can be a trouble. So like I said, as a back up only because of his injuries would be me giving the green light. Otherwise, I'd have to think a lot, as there are good options out there, who would benefit us much more.
