Don't know why people are saying a midfielder is unneeded. Our midfield needs rotation, we can't start Pirlo, Marchisio and Vidal in EVERY match. It'll become too predictable. Also our midfielders have been struggeling the past few matches. What if an injury occurrs?

We're playing 4-3-3 after all. If one gets injured/suspended (like Marchisio is injured now) we're getting a lot weaker. Not to mention potential CL spot next season, we'll need more players and Guarin would be perfect. In that case I see Pazienza leave, though.

IMO it's much more wise to after him than after Caceres. Licht plays majority of matches while he's great, and spending 8+ million euros on that position is just weird.

this is what i dont think people understand...our present MVP midfield is not without sin. what do we do then when one or two goes out? we dont need subs, we need people to rotate with equal or more quality. we have to move away from 'provincial' mentality. each must be able to displace the other in the starting lineup with FULL confidence from the fans; who ever is on form or suits a particular game situation plays..
