The side you play on as a fullback shouldn't make that big a difference when you aren't a player who is going to be flying up the pitch and putting in crosses.

You can't be completely hopeless with your wrong foot, though, and I don't know how Sorensen is with his left foot.

its more of a problem, if he has a very weak left foot and is used to get taken on by players from the right he may feel uncomfortable getting attacked on the side where his left foot is.

most of the time attackers or wingers in that case try to get be the outside of the player so every winger would play against his weak foot.

passing wise its difficult too, because when he is at the byline on the left and wants to pass inwards he either has to twist his ankle to pay a side-footed pass or use the his week foot ...

So many wingers look to move inside at the moment that I wouldn't view difficulty with tackling a major issue with playing on the wrong side.

True. I do think Sorensen should be given chances because he played some great games last season at his very young age. His problem is that we have Lichtsteiner now.

i did not actually want to write "party" but "play"... my auto-correction did mix it up and yes he played there so we might play him there again. i don't see nothing wrong ....

with a little bump n grind
