He's still useful as a right back. The reason being is his accurate cross field passing. While the opposition anticipates a Krasic onslaught on the right, Sorensen can get the ball to Marchisio/Pepe in space quickly on the left.
I couldn't believe what I saw yesterday. On the run, a one touch pass straight across field and it fell right at Marchisio's feet.

I like his passing and more importantly his defensive positioning has been great so far

Where did we find this guy? He's huge and still nimble on his feet. Very agile and accurate with his challenges. I don't know, but I'm tempted to say I like his potential over Bonucci's.

The way he moves reminds me of Dirk Nowitzki, another big guy with excellent body control.

Also notice he doesn't get backed down all the way into the box, he shuts people off high up the field...

I know it's silly but he does lol. The way he keeps his feet moving on corners and dead balls. It's like Nowitzki.

He is not making a drastic change, he just doesn't have a good fullback in the team, better he gives up :L.
I know Zaccheroni (sorry guys I reminded you of him) tried that but he had cannavaro and all CBs got injured so he was playing fullbacks as CB, Zebina and some others :L

As long as we are doing well we should keep with tactics.

Nah, he should just cover for Chellini while the latter nets most of those.

If this guy proves to be the real deal, he would be saving us over 10 M Euros which would now got to buying a great LW or striker. I'm really hoping he does well as it could indirectly lead to a lot of good things for this team.
