well we need to find Isildur's heir.....aah, i mean Nedved's replacement..franck would be the best pick..if we don't have the money for him..let's get a decent LM and resolve the problem :)(the starting sum for a good young LM is 15mils..and now think about the sum for a wc player that proved himself)..u cannot win scudetto's and ucl with average and decent players.

The sooner you get his signature for Juve out of your heads, the better. You will surely blame the Board for not getting him after he ends somewhere else without even using your brain. We have a wage structure and limited transfer budget and it is going to be respected, that's how this club works. And it is the right way to avoid bankrupcy.
completely agree, once again ribery in a juve shirt is a pipe dream.

    Ribery deal possible

Bayern Munich fantasista Franck Ribery is not out of Juventus's reach, according to the player's agent.

The Bianconeri are in the market for a left-sided midfielder capable of replacing the 36-year-old Pavel Nedved.

“Juventus's appeal today is no less than it was in the times of Zinedine Zidane,” Alain Migliaccio told Tuttosport.

“The Bianconeri have gone through hell, but it's a fact they have come out of it and this is all credit to their directors.

“I repeat, we are talking about one of the top clubs in Europe,” Migliaccio said before answering questions on Ribery's future.

Juventus have drawn up a shortlist of players they would like to sign this summer that includes the likes of David Silva, Antonio Cassano, Ivan Rakitic and Ribery.

When Tuttosport asked Bianconeri fans which player they would like Juventus to sign the most, they unanimously voted for the 25-year-old France international.

“Franck obtained more votes than all of his other rivals put together,” Migliaccio laughed. “This is wonderful.

“The Juventus fans should know that there dream of watching Ribery in a Bianconera jersey is not impossible.

“Though to say when it will happen is difficult today, but it is absolutely not an impossible dream,” Migliaccio concluded.

Ribery is widely regarded as one the world's great creative talents. He has made 19 appearances for Bayern this season and scored seven goals.

He IS the ideal Nedved heir.
But I don't think that we have the financial needs to beat the likes of Madrid and Barcelona. Next to that our staff is too inexperienced to bring in such a player.

If we only had Moggi.... (j/k)

I thinik we would need to win the CL this year in order for us to be able to afford him. That or we just spend all our transfer funds on him and no one else, even still we would struggle to afford his fee and wages.

I never thought Ribery was a possiblity for us .. but he did join Munich. There is no reason he would not Join us. We are a team that French players aspire to. We should spend our entire transfer budget if needed .. anything to bring him in.

The other top players we are linked to are great but he is truely capable of replaceing Nedved .. the same way Nedved replaced Zidane. Ribery would truely announce to the world that we are back and are once again one of the best in the world. It would give us the step up we need to match Inter's quality .. possibly even exceed it.
