Deschamps officially parts ways with Marseille.

Talks of Anigo taking over; if true, it won't be good at all for them.
Ya, not good at all. The guy is stubborn and has caused nothing but problems at Marseille.

Now that Didi is gone, who gives a shit about OM anyway.
As if you gave that much of a shit before, how many Marseille games have you watched?

Exactly :p

So Marseille appoint Elie Baup as their new coach. The L'OM board's lack of ambition and reluctance to spend reminds me a lot of Arsenal's board :shifty:

Sad for L'OM fans when they could have gone for someone like Blanc, but of course they had to go for a cheaper option that would be ok with having a limited transfer budget.

From a neutral point of view at least the L'OM - St Etienne game will be more heated now :p

When will they please us again?
Unfortunately it doesn't look like anytime soon.

Most people here probably don't know this, Les Verts have won more league titles than any other French team.

Note: Les Verts = St Etienne.

And it's not really a huge size of titles like in other leagues, the French league is almost always having surprise champions lol, except when Lyon obliterated them for 7 years.
