Just hover the thread and you can change it quickly.

said I couldn't add more than 20 attachements but edited it in the admin panel to 100 and then reverted back to a MAX of 20.

@Marty, the country name Azerbaijan is misspelled as Azerbaidjan. Fix it please.
Also, there is no country as Yugoslavia anymore. In general, the list needs to be rechecked and updated.

Fixed. The truth is that you are absolutely correct, it is outdated since it was transfered over from the old forum software and it probably hasn't been updated in 10+ years.

Not possible at the moment.
