Should we have a private forum with post restrictions (minimum posts to view)?

CL thread back, restored from a nightly backup so we lost quite a few posts. I wonder what's causing this, it's a bit worrying.

Glad I do nightly database backups at least.

New promotion system in place:

Newbie = up to 50 posts, somewhat limited permissions to prevent spam etc
Junior member = between 50 and 500 posts, normal permissions
Senior member = over 500 posts, exclusive permissions such as the Batcave among other stuff that's coming soon :p

did something change in the top bar? the one with forum, archive, what's new etc?

i'm asking because every time i want to refresh the forum, i now instinctively click the second button (which used to be forum), which prompts me to enter the archive now. way out of my comfort zone.

Sorry, happened when I setup the new usergroup. Fixed now I think, should be no ads for you guys. :)

Nzoric: Looks normal here, can you post a screenshot?

nothing to fix, i'm just being an incessant spoiled brat because i now have to slide my mouse 2cm further to the left when i need to refresh the forum :p
