FIA is an absolute joke and have made a mokery of the legal system. It is clear that they put the best interests of marketing in front of the best interest of the sport. Surely, Ferrari will come forth with some very incriminating evidence and McLaren will go back to court and have to pay a fine, but not even any sort of penalty. I can't say I didn't expect this, but maybe in the back of my mind I expected a bit more. The best part is that they confirmed McLaren (not just Coughlin) was guilty. But, since they can't prove and parts were copied and put on the car "yet" they get away with nothing! That is like saying someone has cocaine in their car, but didn't use it, so... drive along.

What a joke. But I can't say I didn't expect another huge political favor for McLaren. Cranes, Point System, Tire Rulings, Coulthard Brake Checking Incident in Spa, and now Industrial Espionage. Amazing. If only the tables were turned. Ha... Ferrari and Italy would be thrown into the gutter and kicked like a dog. Ferrari IS F1 and should be more vocal. If Enzo was here he would be lighting up the papers and the FIA. Luca has no balls and will therefore resort to articulate dissapointment. Ferrari should pull out of F1 for the remainder of the year. See how much money they lose when the world #1 fans base that makes up about 70% of F1's entire viewing audience walks out.

Disgrace.

:agree: I thought it was a joke when I first heard it.. What a fucking disgrace

Maybe its posted before, but couldnt find it anyway.

The heavy discussion between Massa and Alonso after the GP

Translation:

A: You've ruined my entire side (of the car)

M: That wasn't on purpose, I couldnt do anything about it.

A: Go and take a look, there is nothing left of it.

M: Ah man, kiss my balls. You've won and still putting up a scene. What a dickhead are you.

A: With Heidfeld and the others I've fair duels, but what you have done is out of proportion.

M: Maybe you can learn something this way.

A: You need to learn something instead. I've raced against the entire world, but 5 laps from the end of the race you do this.

M: Yes, you are really great! Bravo! Bravo!

A: Bravo for you instead!

M: And in Barcelona, I did it also on purpose?

A: You really need a lesson. Learn to drive! Like in Barcelona, you were guilty again.

M: Oh come on, you can kiss my balls, dickhead.

Luigi Macaluso, a member of the 25-man decision-making body, said McLaren's offence was worse than Juventus' role in Italy's match-fixing scandal last year. "I was the only one that tried to explain that McLaren was guilty," he said. "For me they are guilty and that's that. Juve were demoted to Serie B for a lot less."

yep, maclaren got away with that so easily, if it had been ferrari, then they would have been punished harshly. i remember when shumacher won a race by a large distance and i think maclaren told the board that they thought that the wing on the ferrari car was smaller that wat it shoudl be, they went into a massive debate about it, maclaren do some clear cheating and nothing happens to them.
