How does this work? A friend of mine bought the game through steam, can I play on his copy through my own steam acc?

Its FMF file, not tac format as previous FM ones, and I put into my tactics folder in documents/sports interactive/FM17/tactics, but when I press to load it in game, I cant see it?

I cant convert it either, I tried to restart a new game instead of one I started in beta phase I bought, and still not working. What should I do?

I've never imported tactics so idk but why not come up with your own because thats like whole point of playing the game

I didn't try but i know there are people doing it. One of you should go offline while playing the game, everything should be fine then.

I lost to Arsenal in the final too. Frustrating to be trashed by the likes of Berahino and Coquelin. Won league and cup in first season.

For some reason, the board only gave me 3m to spend after the first season. Did it happen to any of you too? I basically had no money to spend. I was hoping to get big money from Pjanic like the beta version I played before, but didn't recieve any offers. Man City came in for Pjaca, I settled for 90m pounds and the they agreed. Along with other smaller sales, I splashed 69m on Ousmane Dembélé (he's got crazy potential in my save). Also bought Asencio 38m, and Thomas Lemar for 30m.

In total after the first season I spent 189m, and sold 188m.

Arsenal are beating me senseless in my Liverpool save. We're up in the finals in CL in second season now. I just know we will get our asses whipped. Their players are way overrated in the game IMO. I am not claiming that e.g. Giroud is a poor player, he is a sublime target player, but he will never score a hat-trick every second game... Coquelin and Elneny are not world class players, and so on.

BTW, MoisT Kean is a beast on FM on my save. Even as a kid he performs well. When I finally start my Juve save I will integrate him with first team asap.

He he has 9 plus potential in the game. Lirola too, so best to hold onto them.

anyone had success with attacking set pieces? im used to scoring dozens from set pieces but its not happening this time...only goals im getting from them are direct freekicks from pjanic

What kind of bug is this? I bid the 18m for buyout clause we have on Berardi in game. A month ago it was fine (went back on it few times), but now they actually reject it even though they shouldn't be able to?

Month later and it doesn't for me.


I restarted my Juve game(first one was beta and didn't load many leagues).


Sold Hernanes (6m), Sturaro(31m, thank you Tottenham) , Asamoah (21m), bought Asensio 28m, Bernardo Silva 28m (last second of the deadline). Plus bentancur and Bazoer very cheaply.

I sold Sturaro last second because I was buying Witsel for 15m, but it was so realistic because it was pain to make happen lol. This time due to greed of player and agent, they wanted a total of 10m sign on fee.

Needless to say it was a hectic last deadline for me, I agreed deal for Kessie but ala real life Zenit, Atlanta backed out last second because they couldn't make their replacement happen (Donsah, fuck you for being greedy), then I went all in for Tolisso because I need hardworking backup, agreed 24m, but it wasn't meant to be since I agreed 30mins before deadline, papers didn't go in time.


I went full Moratti last day, also sold Neto for 10m and bought Mirante for 5m, and a French wonder kid goalie Lafont from toulouse.

does anyone know if loaning out young players effects their progress towards home grown status? have an 18yo i want to loan but not if it prevents him from becoming HG

Rugani counts as home grown for us in Serie A despite being loaned or half owned most of the time. I think it's CL that sees it as must spent 3 years at actual club.


I still have issue getting them to accept clause on Berardi, don't get it...

Dybala is an insane monster, his season was like 30 goals and 30 assists in the league alone, forgot to check overall. He is perfect for false nine.


Was fairly unbelievable in the league, won by 20 pts, but lost coppa due to pks, too many reserves played. And CL fvck me, was semi final vs Bayern, first league was 2-0 for me, then Lemina and Cuadrado decide they had enough and bought get sent off lol. And goalie gets injured with all subs made early 2nd half, so I'm 3 players down and Khedira in goal Haha, game finishes 8 - 3...


Talk about revenge for next, about to get Verratti, Berardi and Clichy for next season. Go all in for CL.
