looks like i have to experiment a bit till i get into this game.my first couple of saves might turn into disasters.

I'm playing Juve too and I won 2 scudetto & 1 CL in first 3 years, it gets much easier after first season. First thing I did was get rid of all the incompetent staff and hired my own.
