i started with tenerife then went to real Madrid and then to chelsea
but what i do is i go against to normal strategy of these clubs by playing with young talented players

normally i play like you said but for one time i wanted something difference and it quite funny when you beat Arsenal with a very young squad.

Please, i resigned from Juve cause i want to manage another team, preferably in Spain or England.......how can i take a club from these countires? Do i have to wait for some team to offer me a job or can i do something to speed things up??

Add a new manager to whatever club you want to manage, then make them retire after one day. Then, go apply for that job. Repeat if they don't choose you.
