I'd loan him and sell when he comes back or right away with significant % of next sale.

That kid would have been washing dishes at the clubhouse as soon as he walked into my training session.
I may groom him to be the next Mourinho.

Yeah, that kid might be able to hit a good free kick or corner in practice, but look at his bravery and concentration. Once he gets to the match he'll be too scared to kick the ball or be thinking about his spic girlfriend back home.

Or like Santiago Munez, who has a preferred move of, "gasping into inhaler."

He's 14. His mental attributes will improve for the next 20+ years.
