I'm halfway through my first match so far but I like it. Takes a bit to get used to the new UI, but I can see its going to be a great improvement.

So far Iaquinta with two first half goals vs. the Juve Reserves.

FM is just drawing you in with the demo. This time in the real game, 3/4s of your squad will be injured, you defenders won't mark, and the strikers will think they're water boys. No worries though. Three patches and four months later, everything is fixed.

I went on to beat Standard 2-1 and hammer Rayo 6-0.

Lost 2-1 to Meeeeeelan though.

Almost time for the first Serie A match and Trez, Momo, Zebina, Tiago, and Gio are out injured. Sounds about right.

I have to say, I get the impression that everything really is much more polished, as SI claims. Everything's running smoothly, and the game is SOOO much faster, it's incredible. I have an old but decent processor (2.33 C2D) but the processing speed is at least twice as fast.


AND THEY ADDED PLAYERS STATS FOR EACH GAME, IE PASSES, SHOTS, ETC

i really like the possibility of instruction from the bench during the game though i doubt if they actually do work

The Match engine is not markedly improved

The UI is fresh, but both unnescessary and not an improvement

Changing the tactics from sliders is a regression

Once again the Juve players are fucked on stats

Overall, FM is slipping so much that I'm not sure if its still the one
