While Di Maria is better on the left, i trained him to play on the right, so now he cuts in and shoots. In one game where he played on the right, he scored a hattrick for me against utd hehe.

Young is much more effective on the left than on the right!
I've trained Diego to play on the left and he has become natural there now. Much better than he ever was in the centre for me.

Are all nations managable?
I wanted to coach my Egypt but I don't see a "declare interest" on it, and I haven't tried to start a career with a nation before.

Yeah I can start from any nation I want
but there isn't a declare interest when I'm managing a club, perhaps it works differently between nations and clubs, like I can only apply to a managing a nation if they have no coach unlike clubs when I can if he's under review.

I don't know, if anyone knows more.

I've just checked in my game, and I can't declare interest for national teams either.

I think you can only declare interest in a job when its current manager is on the hot seat. This probably only works for club jobs.

For national jobs you have to wait for the position to become open and then apply for the job. Usually they come open after every major tournament like the WC, Euros or Cup of Nations, etc/.

Your best bet is to make a new manager and start him out at Egypt if you dont want to wait.
