Very bad record indeed. From the time the second part of the season started (round 19) Inter won only 3 of the 10 played matches.
Here's a little comparison between this season and the other post calciopoli seasons after 29 rounds:
2009/10----29- 17-9-3 (54:26) 60 pts
2008/09----29- 21-6-2 (54:21) 69 pts
2007/08----29- 20-8-1 (55:18) 68 pts
2006-07----29- 24-4-1 (62:26) 76 pts
Another thing is that in the previous seasons, from late March on, Inter could concentrate solely on the league, with the Cup being an occasional distraction. This year Inter will have to play the last 9 rounds with the CL and the Cup in mind too.
If there was a chance someone to take the scudetto from Inter, it's this year. No doubt that Inter have the best squad in Italy, by far, but they're yet to prove that they're good enough to play on all fronts and still win the league from teams that play only once a week.

Btw, today it's one of those rare occasions when I really want Milan to win. Not only win, but destroy Napoli if possible.
We play Napoli away in 3 days and a heavy defeat today will affect them negatively. They'll stay behind in the 4th place race and it will be tough for them to psychologically come back from a heavy defeat after only 3 days.
Then again, God knows how will we react tonight after what happened in the last 7 days. If we lose tonight then whatever happens on Milan-Napoli won't give us the edge on Wednesday.
