Then he gives a red card to Lucio and a penalty for Milan for a ball to hand (it wasn't a deliberate handball. It was a shot from close range and the ball hit Lucio's hand, with Lucio not having any time at all to react).
There you have one ref that obviously isn't controlled by Moratti and coincidently (or not?) that ref gets to be the main referee on the derby.
