Our team hardly improved under ranieri really. Though We did have some decent results against most of the top teams in the league and a pretty decent run in the CL.
Ranieri tried he's best not to lose in games but upfront the team looked absalutely clueless. IMO the team was getting worse and worse by the day under ranieri. Things were going down hill with him and all what he cared about is keeping he's job at this club as long as possible.

you just contradicted yourself there, mate.it was clear near the end of season that he had lost the dressing room, as hard as he tried, he could not get their confidence and trust back.
Nothing have changed, infact i think we played better "in general" the first season with him than the second year. We did play some decent games every now and then but in general the team did not improve with ranieri....
Am not comparing the good with the bad periods that the team had its just that the overall performance of the team did not improve.
Look at mourinho's inter for example, last season Inter played a pretty avarege football in general "as a team" even though they've won the league but this season so far you can see that there is an improvement in he's team. He's team is getting better and thats a positive sign for any coach.
Ferrara was struggling with team since the start of the season, he noticed that the team is not performing well so he made some changes and things got better.
With ranieri he didn't change "anything" since day one that he arrived in this club till the last day he was here.

Milan are said to be in negotiations for Udinese and Italy forward Simone Pepe, as Leonardo fine-tunes his 4-3-3 system.
According to newspaper Il Giornale, the Rossoneri have pin-pointed the 26-year-old Roma youth product as the perfect alternative to Ronaldinho and Alexandre Pato on the wings.
He is accustomed to this system after playing in it with Udinese for several seasons and can be used on either flank.
It is claimed that the two clubs are already in the thick of negotiations for a January transfer, although there are some major obstacles.
Udinese would only be ready to release Pepe in a permanent deal, whereas Milan would like a loan with the right to buy in June.
He’d be a valuable signing for the Rossoneri, as because Udinese are not in Europe this season, he would be available for the Champions League squad.
