Inter: Arnautovic deal hits problems


Reports claiming Inter have signed FC Twente striker Marko Arnautovic are wrong, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

However, the 20-year-old Austria international 'can be considered' an Inter player.

FC Twente were said to have accepted the proposal made by Inter director of sport Marco Branca.

Inter offered to take Arnautovic on loan until January and then buy him for £7.7m, paying his transfer fee in two instalments.

However, around 10:30 yesterday evening FC Twente's directors told the Dutch Press they had rejected the proposal.

The Dutch outfit are now asking for the £7.7m up front.

Inter had apparently already organised Arnautovic's official presentation to the Press for Monday or Tuesday.
