Nice find. I guess the Italian concept of "diritto di superficie" is closely linked to the French Droit de Superficie.

You are almost correct in your assumption. To be a tad more precise, it gives you property of the building (or plants), but not on the ground.

It's useful in a case such as ours: we bought property of the stadium without having to buy the land. Unless we discover oil beneath the stadium, we'll never give a shit about owning the land.
Yeah, we own the stadium and we can do with him whatever we want no matter who owns the land where stadium lies.

65M dollar from cashing Kaka to Real ? :howler:

Milan would probably use the money smartly , 20M on Ryan Giggs , 15M on Marco Materazzi , 10M on Cristiano Doni , 15M on Toni and hopefully 5M on Chimenti , they need someone who is older than Favalli i guess :D

Milan still have many holes to fill. We don't know if Silva will turn out to be a success, Mattioni hasn't made much noise and Seedorf, Ronaldinho and Pirlo seem to be past it.

Only Zambrotta is reliable in that defense.

Silva is really good, reminds me a bit of nesta. Fast reaction and great reader of the game not to mention he's bonus long shots....

Thing is, milan could get a decent amount of money to spend, they got 60m for Kakà, Pirlo seems all but set to leave for Chelsea and the talk is 30m.
I wouldnt even rule out Ronaldinho going to City, even if his past it, city def would buy a star name.

Don't think Ronaldinho going to city, even the pirlo romours i think its not true.

Selling Kaka and Gourcuff got them around 80 mil euros more than enough to sign 2-3 quality players. most likely they won't sign big name stars but players with potentials (dzeko, god forbid hernanes, another good defender to play next to silva....)

Who would you rather have in your team, Kaka+Gourcuff or Dzeko+Hernanes+good defender?

Here is a bet: Juve will have at least 6 pts more than Milan next year in serie A. Who wants to bet against this?

Personaly i would take the second option (atleast for the long run). Kaka is just not the same kaka of two years ago, he's always injured and when he's playing he's good but not as good as he used to be. Gourcuff might not work in milan, he was great in france but he might not make it in milan.

As for the bet i'd say i agree with, we'll have a better team than milan's next season.......

It's 50-50. In these cases the bookies offer 1.90 for YES and 1.90 for NO. I will give you a bonus and i'll give odds 2.00.
The only way we won't finish a distance ahead of Milan is if we go a long way in the CL and they go out early.

You guys are having a good Mercato and it didn't even start yet. Ranieri leaving is always a plus, and you have players like Marchisio and Giovinco probably coming back next year as better players. A couple more signings and you'd probably give Inter a run for their money(especially if they sold Zlatan), so i think only a fool would bet against you on that one.
