But Fred, don't forget that Inter's main objective is the CL this year. They made everything to win in Europe. With Juventus bothering them in the league, do you think they are that strong to fight on all fronts?

That's a good point.

But i think they are strong enough to play on two fronts. They have a lot of depth and i believe that will come in handy when the match calendar gets extensive.

I mean if they decide to rest a striker, they have Balotelli on the bench, if they decide to rest a CB, they have Cordoba, they have Santon who can cover both fullback positions and they have Motta, Stankovic and Vieira as cover in midfield. I believe they have one of the strongest benches in the world.

Barcelona do not have a strong bench imo. Chelsea is lacking in strikers and ball winners in midfield(when Essien and Mikel leave for the ANC they have nobody who can play the holding mid role), Man United have a decent bench, not that far off from Inter's imo. But Real has the strongest bench in the world.

Inter are actually stronger than they were last year, they have a terrifying team that is now capable of keeping the ball and moving it around smoothly, all due respect to you guys, but i believe they're winning the Scudetto this season, you can hold it against me come the end of the season.

Yupp, let's face it,they have two, maybe the best two finishers in pro football which are btw fast as hell....and what's more important, they have ability to create chances for them. When they fix their midfield which contains of two newly bought players(Motta and Sneijder) I think we'll take a look at their backs again. Not fan view, rather objective view.

@Dusan, Real Madrid's bench consists of players like RVN, VDV, Higuain, Granero, Guti, Arbeloa, Gago, M.Diarra and Drenthe. Hard to rival that, wouldn't you think?

I think it's good but not perfect and I also think they are not that strong at all. They will fail in CL and probably end up second in La Liga with that "strong" team.

Oh i think so too, i was just commenting on the strength of their bench, which individually is easily the strongest in the world.

I too predict they won't do well in the CL, and Barcelona will pip them to the Liga.

No offence , Fred . but i think you are way overrating those scumbags , i feel bit annoying but please don't care :D

if your opinion just based on the squad depth , we definitely also have the same thing to be compared , if we decide to rest a striker , we have Trezeguet or Amauri with the assumption when Del Piero back , he will be paired with Iaquinta , depend on the circumstances , and if we decide to rest a CB , we have Legro , we have Salihamidzic who also can cover both fullback position , in the midfield department , we also have Poulsen despite his liability recently , Tiago and Sissoko , excuse my ignorance but as far as i know Motta is just an average player and Vieira is just out of his world , he doesn't vomit his own shirt for a while, something you have rarely seen lately :D

regarding our new tactic and system , i don't think we have a big problem to deal with , with the result we already gained in this few opening games, Diego proves it , aside from yesterday's robbery game , and yes i do agree with you about our vulnerable attack from the wings , but with this formation we used to doing superbly under Lippi's days , with advice from his guru , i think Ferrara will overcome it , so you can hold on me too if i predicted we will be the winner in the end of the season .

Both Inter and Madrid do have the strongest benches but they will fail (again) in europe this season IMO. Having a great depth might help win the league title but in europe you'll need to have a strong mentality and focus to win there.

Inter always lacked the character and mentality in europe and madrid will have Huge pressure to win in europe which will affect their performance in a bad way.

On papers Inter looks stronger than us but we always had that extra thing which Inter never had so we'll go all the way and we'll have a good chance to win the league.

Both Genoa and fiorentina will finnish 3rd and 4th this season and milan will struggle alot. This might be a bold prediction but i think that Pato will leave milan next summer and things will look really really bad for them and i won't be suprised if the club is sold coming next season.
