Inter with Mourinho would perhaps be the only club to successfully beat Barca playing like that. Maybe Chelsea could on their day, but then again maybe not. You need a team that is world class in organization and has experienced leaders to sustain such pressure for an entire match. Inter has that, very few, if anybody else do.

That is why Inter's team defense ability should be praised. Their fans, however, should not because they're all a bunch of degenerate retards.
 Well said. Plenty of teams sit back and defend against Barca and get walloped. Inter could only pull this off tonight because of their superb defensive organization.

If other teams played that style in the Nou Camp they would get beaten silly.

it definitely takes a high quality team, but the blueprint is there for anyone to see. Chelsea could definitely do it, and any team with experienced defenders and some good defensive midfielders could do it. Mourinho prepared his team meticulously, but he's hardly a genius. It has to be said though, that Inter simply weren't stretched that much, Barca were never really putting the pressure on them, at least until the end. If they had attacked with more speed from the beginning, they would have scored more, no doubt of it

Mourinho: “I can make a guarantee, that next year I'll be back. I always seem to end up being paired with Barcelona and every time something happens."

Guarantee? How can he do that unless he already knows that he'll join Real :p

most teams don't actually defend with 10 men behind the ball against barca the way Inter did. In fact, very few have been as defensive, either in Spain or in the CL.

“At 4am we couldn't sleep, as there were fireworks outside the hotel door. We called the police at 11pm and they arrived at 3.30am.

“A player like Samuel Eto'o who comes back here every few days was harassed by police today when told he had to pay taxes not paid in 2005.”
    -----------
Add the sprinklers to this and tell me if there is anything more pathetic and disgusting than Barcelona.
Even Milan and Inter are saints compared to Barca.
