He wasn't tackling, he just missed the ball he had lost control of.

The ref is awful.
thats how i feel about his tackle but the ref was a bit too fast in showing the card. it was'nt intentional though thats for sure. harsh yes but its not the first time a ref flicks the red card for such moves. so i give it 50-50

It's a malicious foul. Stamping is worth a red.

Cissokho has been MVP so far. He's winning the battle against Robben.

Again, should have got that guy.
I'm still waiting to see it a second time, as my stream cut out right afterwards...

But my initial reaction was that Ribery was out of control and just missed. I didn't initially recognize malice.

My stream cut out again. Might have to leave the house to finish this game... anyone got a good stream?

This is what I was on...

And it's back again...wtf.

Italian coach: "hmm, a good chance to screw Germans" :D

Nah, joking aside, I'd give him 2 red cards for that tackle.

Geez, you're not serious are you? Watch the reply, the ball left and he went on his leg directly. There was no control for sure, he went in that tackle like Melo, Sissoko combined, without using any brain.

Luckily it was a lower part part. If it was 5 inches higher Lisandro's leg would've been broken for sure.
