I also loved some Sagna's runs from the right and some defender. I love that player.

But tonight Arsenal didn't look good at all IMO. Barca couldn't kill it off, so it came in Arsenal's favor later. Still, I don't see Arsenal going through. They will probably lose 2-0 in Spain.

Almunia was at fault for Ibra's first though.

He was, but it was a terrible mistake by Song too. Watch the replay and look how amatuerish he looked when Zlatan completely conned him with his movement.

Song was responsible for both goals imo.

wow!! why dont u go to uni with me glad u enjoyed this game bec unlike my cousin u are a bit tough on some of yr players. whilst all being considered i think arsenals chances to advance from nou camp are a bit slim but even with barca considering they will start with milito and marquez. unlike this leg where containing messi was of dire importance, in the next leg bendtner has to up his game to make every chance count. should be entertaining though

I did not enjoy this game one bit, it was torture from start to end(well until we scored at least).

Ya lets respect Barcelona for not being able to hold a "comfortable" 2-0 lead.

Lets respect them for missing chance after chance and marking the name "Barcelona" as an opposite to "efficiency" in the Oxford dictionary

Lets respect Barcelona for not being able to beat an Arsenal squad that had a half fit Gallas and a half fit Fabregas, and both ended up injured in the game.

Lets respect them knowing that they played against an Arsenal team that was plagued by the injuries of Gallas and Arshavin from the first half.

Lets respect Barcelona for only being able to score their goals when we had a DM in CB, mind you both goals were completely Song's fault, he left Ibra run behind him and a player like Ibra will punish you for such amateur defending.

Lets respect them knowing that they got lucky Cesc got injured after their red card and as a consequence we couldn't pressure them in the last 3 minutes, cos we were playing with 10 men.

Lets respect Barcelona for being an example of inefficiency and choker mentality.


Lets respect Barcelona for not being able to beat a team that consisted of pub team players ala Denilson, Bentdner, Diaby and Almunia.

While we're at it, lets also respect them for not being able to handle such mediocre players like Bentdner and Theo who both had the game of their lives today.

the first half arsenal were static and barca were all over you. i dont know why i guess it psychological thats my guess. i think if arsenal started the same way they did in the 70th min and up things could've been a bit different ( note necessarily arsenal winning the tie). who is going to miss the second leg fred?
