So what, it's our own fault if we can't beat the english teams.

I didn't say that

Well, what about the English teams then? :D

Instead of getting Panathinaikos, Olympiacos and the likes, for the last two seasons they've been getting the strongest Italian teams.

If you cry conspiracy, then it's against Italy and England.:D

I didn't say the italian teams are being treated unfairly. I personally think Uefa have been fixing draws for entertainment purposes.

Why? I don't really hate Viola and tbh I don't have anything against seeing Prandelli do a good job with the material he has.

I will be supporting all the italian teams in the cl

if you cared about juve then you would. We need the fourth spot to stay in serie a. I don't trust ciro, and roma are already catching up. We cannot bank on 4th this season

Not a bad draw at all for us. I fancy our chances of going through.

Real, Sevilla, Bordeaux, Barcelona, United, Bayern and Chelsea will go through too imo.

I think one Italian team will make it. Not betting on it, but surely at least one will step up to get further than last season. Obviously these ties are very tricky, and for italian sides its even more important for their best players to step up to win the tie in Pato/Dinho, Sneidjer/Eto and Mutu/Jovetic.

I very much doubt it.

I think Inter have the biggest chance of all Italian teams to go through. But still, Chelsea are probably too strong for them.

Well no one expected Milan to beat Real in Bernebau also.

Viola played well in group stage.

Inter have a case to prove. Maybe in Eto/Snjeider they have brought the "wining DNA".

Real were still in the process of gelling. I'm sure they can't do that again now that Real's team have gelled and are functioning as a team for the first time in ages.

Personally i do not rate AC Milan. I don't think they will cause a lot of problems to United.

I honestly fancy Viola chances if they have a full squad. Bayern are hardly world beaters, dont let yourself fooled by the win over Juve, Juventus is just a bunch of amateurs.

If Viola play solid at the back and Mutu/Jovetic/Gila play well...

Besides they have Zanetti you know ;)

    Chelsea-Inter 70-30
    Bayern-Fiorentina 65-35
    Manchester-Milan 64-36

That's how I rate the chances of the Italian teams. Milan with the biggest chance, but still not a big one.

I do see a big surprise in this round, but not by the Italians. Like I said, Porto are my dark horses, while Bordeaux and Sevilla, even though favorites, aren't teams you can trust, so I wouldn't be too surprised if one of them is eliminated.

I think Bayern will get much much better with Ribery coming back.

Arsenal easy draw again, this is ridiculous. Constantly for season they get the easisist group and easiest last 16 tie. By the way I'm tipping AC Milan to beat United.
