Fantastic day in the Champions League. Love seeing Rangers get destroyed, Inter, Liverpool and Barca completely humiliated, and Arsenal show again they're mediocre. People say we have been just as bad as Pool, but that's not really the case. We aren't losing games at all, much less like them.

Now it is up to us to win tomorrow. If we don't, then yes, one would be justified in saying we have been just as bad. But I don't think it's going to happen.
Take your two best players off the pitch, add an ill placed balloon and see what happens.

I'm curious to see how Antonio Conte fares at Atalanta. I think he's undefeated since he took over and they just had an impressive 3-1 away win against Udinese.

If he has a great season with them and Ciro fails to impress with us, it wouldnt shock me to see Antonio here next season.

Seems to be a pretty fearless manager in respect to tactics. I'm sure the board would want to take a longer look at him rather than making a knee jerk decision based on a few results. But who knows.

Inter's group looks very intriguing indeed, particularly with one point separating all 4 teams. Inter must win in Kiev, because I don't see them getting a result against Barca in Spain. Another giant at risk of falling out early are Liverpool; if they don't win in Lyon, I can't see how they can overhaul Fiorentina for that 2'nd spot in the group. Hopefully, come the end of matchday 3, we won't be in the same predicament as these 2 aforementioned teams.
