Unless Fiorentina beat Lyon, i can see Pool going through if they beat Viola at home by more then 1 goal.

Viola will grumble at the pressure at anfield, and since its going to be Pools last chance (unless they f--k up at Debreceen), the crowd will lift them. And if that doesnt help, Gerrard will start diving. Besides, since when are italians getting anything in england soil?
If he even plays, we'll find out in two days if he goes under the knife and how long he's out for.

I fear our only hope lies with the oft-injured italian fellow.

Because at the time you opened this forum Martin, let's face it, its not just the society here that was more relaxed, it also happened to be in the middle of a very impressive run for Juventus as well
lol what does that have to do with anything? People are not just critical in times of a slump, have you met Vinman? Don't try to tell me everyone's been singing our praises since forever, it ain't so.

Anyway, as you probably know things like that rarely get challenged. You type up a bunch of rules, one or two will get some attention over time, the rest won't be mentioned by anyone. Certainly we never had any protest this, which if they did we'd reconsider.

Well, shame that Kiev couldn't keep it, but now that Inter won it I want them to beat Barca too, and at the same time Rubin to win their home match against Kiev.
Guess what happens in that case? :D

So, basically fucking Liverpool need to beat fucking Fiorentina 3-0 to go through?
If Lyon beats Fiorentina in the next round, then any win will do for Liverpool in the last round.
But if Fiorentina beats Lyon then Liverpool are out.

I think you know what I mean.

The vitriol in this forum is probably coinciding with the way things are going on the pitch.

Seriously, when I came here in 2003, just about everyone was a diamond. The nicest people. Vinman was a lone wolf out there back in those days.

And it doesn't have to do with the criticizing of the team, I'm talking about the attitude in general
