How do you guys think Llorente would do on a 4-3-3? :numnum:
I think that he will do great. And by great i mean being our best scorer, by scoring more than 15 goals.
However we need to accept that he is a half measure. He is a bit too little, too late.
when we were initially interested on him, we were weaker and less appealing to better finishers. He was a fine choice at that moment.
But even at his best he scores less than 20/goals season, which is not exactly stellar, esp in spain, when every times plays for the spectacle and they dont have great defences.

It will be much tougher to score in serie A and esp after a year coming from the bench. But he will have leaps of support in our team, we have great SSs and we are the strongest team in Italy, able to dominate the gaes and create more chances than ever for him.
In a trident he would have 2 supporting strikers to serve him, plus 2 -3 CMs, one of them being Pirlo, so under those circumstances, if he remains healthy and has enough playing time, he will score a decent ammount of goals for us.

Ideally though, we would buy a +20goal/season scorer like higuain and rotate him with Llorente. This would take some pressure of him and also help him with the accumulated fatique throught the season.
If he will be our only finishing option and doesnt bodes well right away, he may flop.
