Its logical they include him tbh.

Now that spains best ever player Xavi is in serious decay, their tiki taki will fail against good teams.

However, spain has some incredibly fast wingers and offensive fullbacks, that can trow a good cross. Having Llorente in such circumstances, is extremely good.

Iniesta is one of their best ever. But at the peak of his career, when xavi declined, suddenly both Iniesta and Messi start to underperform.

No man. Iniesta is magnificent, but xavi is magnificent in what he does, and domminates the flow of the entire team. Iniesta cannot do such thing, he cant controll the team like that.

With Xavi gone, Barcelona wont reach the levels they did in the past. And neighter will spain.

That doesn't mean Xavi is the best. They can't really be compared since they're quite different anyway, but I'd still say Iniesta is the better player. Xavi may be the most important (at least from a controlling aspect) but then again he didn't score the winning goal in the WC final.

Xavi at his best was one of the best players I've ever seen. Definitely better than Iniesta.
Xavi's importance to the Spain team is actually quite scary, for them at least. It'll be interesting to see if he does get the starting spot (as expected), and who can replace him when he's gone. Del Bosque might go for the more athletic and rounded Xabi Alonso.

I think Iniesta's a better player than Xavi also, but the game Spain plays depends more on Xavi to build it up. And Iniesta has still been able to be so good, you can make that argument for both. Most clutch and important player Spain and Barca have.
