Exactly.

If people are going to try to discredit him and his abilities, at least do the math instead of automatically going on Wikipedia and just looking at the numbers in the upper right hand column

Something Else.

In the last 4 years.

64 goals in 141 matches in La Liga

:D

He has scored 90 goals in his last four seasons at Bilbao. All competitions.

He scored 30 goals last season, all competitions.

That is very impressive.

Hey now. Stop getting in my way of defending this guy :D

W, I have a question for you. Seems as if he missed the entire month of December. Any idea what happened?
Injury.

EDIT: I didn't see Joe's post.

not trying to discredit him, it was just an honest question for those who followed him closely in the past years.

I've just watched a couple of games for him myself.
that's understandable, my man. You have to keep in mind that those numbers are skewed because he started featuring at a really young age at Bilbao

he's spanish :D well that and compounding the fact hes played his whole career in a mediocre club(that i hate so maybe that has something to do with it). I just think this deal has too many question marks.
Yeah, but a lot of these guys play at mediocre clubs, though. In a way, I can't fault him for that, especially given Bilbao's policy on their young talents

You think so? I mean, aside from Muniain, who else was providing the service?

I have a serious man crush on Muniain, by the way. Absolutely love him.
Susaeta isn't really the best crosser. But 7 assists for last season is good enough :D

Muniain is awesome, i agree :D

Watch out for Ander Herrera too, the new pirlo. He got a great talent.

Muniain doesn't provide much service. He gets the majority of crosses from Herrera, DeMarcos, and Suseata.

What are your thoughts on Iker?
Dribble king. Fast, good movement, great shot.

Interesting. The matches that I had watched, Muniain was one of the main protagonists.

Oh well. I didn't watch a whole bunch of Bilbao games, maybe 6 or 7.

Its amazing how young that team is

Muniain's main role is to move between midfield and the attack linking everything up. So he get's a lot of the ball. His role is probably the most important.
