Have just read that Llorente is just a smokescreen. Marotta and Paratici is apparently in spain to inquire about Sanchez of Barcelona - unsettled and a good friend of Vidal and Isla. Unreliable source..

Has anyone heard anything like this?

I know Conte is crazy about Sanchez. There might be something here if we speculate a bit, because not too long ago, Milan had approached Barca too with a bid. Player might be on the market for the right deal.

Isla/Vidal/Sanchez backed by the Azzurri like someone said. Top fucking drawer.

Again, too much going on, but I don't see the Llorente deal closing so soon. Juve seems to be waiting on a couple of players/clubs. Either they have some inside info or pre agreements with the players they are waiting on.

Do we have one or two non eu spots left on our team? Does Caceres count in this years quota or last years? Because I just realised we will not be able to get Dzeko and Kolarov together, so it could possibly be Llorente-Kolarov or Dzeko-Armero if it is these players we are after that is.

Personally, I'm not in favour of changing too much every season or spending on a compromise. If we can get JoJo this summer than we shouldn't spend on Llorente because, of the two, the former is more likely a sure shot in the Italian league. And then maybe we build from there next season for the CF. I hope conte wants the player and this is not being done just because we failed in all our targets and are buying one for the sake of it.

Counted for last years quota I think. I remember there were the discussion of whether Caceres or Guarin should fill our non-eu spot

Sanchez is a Barca fan, it was his childhood dream to play there (not Zlatan-like childhood dream apparently), that's why he rejected a much better offer from City. He won't leave them just because we have Vidal and Isla, unless Barca push him out, which is unlikely.
