Dzeko is Zlatan, Trez and Llorente all put together:juventus: He is acceptable good with the ball, can hold up it, can dribble, can be a target man, can score with both feet and head, can tap inn, can build up play, perfect match:juventus::juventus::juventus:
Dzeko is at most a less technical but more poaching berbatov. Zlatan is from another planet and the same can be said about Trez's movement and poaching. I dont know about Lorente

not skill wise but more mentality, i dont get the impression from him he can cut it in a big club in italy
Can't say I've detected anything to bother me about his mentality.

Do you think he won't be able to handle the pressure or what?

I mean without the ball. Would he suit our high pressure game?
He did fine for Bielsa and he plays more of a pressure game than Juve do.

Llorente isn't going to go running around heaps to close people down, but he will positon himself well in order to shut off passing options for a defender.

On the few occasions I did see him really work hard to press through the game, he had to be subbed at about 75-80 mins becasuse he was knackered.

Lack if pace is what is worrying me.
I'm mainly talking about Europe, will be playing some counter attacking football, don't think Llorente can fill that role, Matri is deceively fast , the times i've seen Llorente, he comes as very slow.
It's a legitimate concern and it is Llorente's main weakness.

However, even in Europe, I'm not sure how much Juve are going to get pinned back and be forced to rely on counter attacking.

As they are just now, Juve are pretty good at retaining the ball and working their way forward.

Add in Llorente offering the option of a target-man to play long to, for him to hold the ball up, and there is another major asset for Juve in terms of them being able to keep the ball.

Also, just running fast is only one part of counter-attacking.

You need people involved who will make good decisions and Llorente will do that.

Athletic Club were still extremely dangerous on the counter attack because they had lots of pacey players moving around Llorente. I see no reason for Juve not to be able to do the same.

IMO It's prolly the opposite. Dzeko can occasionally assist and play others but generally not interested to be involved much. While Llorente makes himself available as the target man to hold up, distribute and link up with wingers alot. He isn't the Trezegol type.
Absolutely..Its infact the other way round..

Have just read that Llorente is just a smokescreen. Marotta and Paratici is apparently in spain to inquire about Sanchez of Barcelona - unsettled and a good friend of Vidal and Isla. Unreliable source..

Has anyone heard anything like this?

Why would Sanchez want to leave Barcelona? He's doing well there.
Don't know really. A lack of playing time, Barcelona needs money for defensive amplifyings such as Agger and as it said Sanchez is apparently good friends of Isla and Vidal. But it's probably just silly rumors :)

Ibra is a dickhead in so many ways, but he is also one of the best players in the world. And at least he isn't against us when it comes to Calciopoli:
"The Calciopoli scandal is all nonsense, in my opinion. At least the most of it is. We didn't win because referees did us favours. We won because we worked very hard and were the best. We always fought hard and didn't need any help. It's all bulls***."
