Ok so is this finally a an option to buy or obligation?

Ps: what if the player gets injured playing for the loaned club? How does the loaning club (in this case Juve) protect itself in a deal like this?

If Marotta manage to get 1.5/2M for each loan for the next 3 years it's OK. It will total around 8M, paid in stallments. Unfortunately it isn't money right away, but that's what's possible.

Unfortunately Juve is a hostage of this fuckers. If they refuse to leave to a certain club, they have the right to do it, because their contract is with Juve. And if the wanna stay getting 3/4M a year just to show up at training they will. This is not a punishment to these guys who just want to rob the club. These fucking crybabes.

It's sad, but I don't see much more Marotta could have done.

Yup, and its funny that almost all the secco deals are ending with this kind of situation. I still think about how fuked up were our deals in the secco era. That guy deserves jail.

25,000 x 25 matches (could be more) = €0.625m

He could end up being paid over €3.5m by Galatasaray, I don't see why Juve would be paying him anything under this deal.

It's something of an insurance from GS because of his 'instability'.
