I remember a time when Asamoah was simply awful last season when he came back from the AFCON. Peluso did very well in his absence, put in some MoM performances.

I know we like the idea of a youth team player coming in and filling a spot for a month or so but it's just not reality.

Well yeah, but I'm not sure Peluso is someone who can play LWB long term, personally. He is mostly a quite balanced but determined DLC who is just decent at both attacking and defending.
