If the right offer arrives I would still consider selling him. He needs to be more clinical in front of goal.

Is Chiesa world class? He gets a lot of applause because he is direct and can beat his man 1 on 1 (which is extremely rare in Italy), but there needs to be end product combined with consistency.

Put his ass on the right where he belongs and there’s your front three.
I'll be very surprised if that happens

It's one thing playing as a right winger for your country for 5-6 games in a major tournament. It's another thing doing the same across a whole season at club level.

He did it at fiorentina, that’s his natural position.

He's 26-27 coming back off a major ACL injury.

Even at Fiorentina, I've seen him play closer to goal on the left in his final season with them.

Only time he played on the right at JJ while Ronaldo was still here.

There's just plenty of evidence based on the past few years to indicate that he prefers cutting inside from the left.

from today

Chiesa to @RaiSport : “I made myself available and when the coach told me I would play on the right wing, I said 'Okay, thanks'. Last European championship I have always played on the right and this European championship I started here, I feel good in this position.” Via @mirkonicolino

Would love to see him on the right at JJ. Even I believe that he's better there. Let's see..

chiesa is a player who can change the outcome of a match. that's a rare breed. we have vlahovic, chiesa, yildiz and maybe fagioli of those. i get that money is an issue for current jj, but as a fan they are untouchable for me, especially with the rumored chiesa replacements in mind

I think that's a perfect call your part offensively with Spalletti hopefully showing Motta what Fagioli (get well) can bring to the table. Plus for him is Juve not losing out on Chiesa as one of the faces/stars of Italia foots The elephant in the room is how much will Chiesa accept? They wanted Dusan to take a paycut and Chiesa is already close to that.

The only reason we ever got into CL places is because of the individuals bailing us out like Vlahovic, Chiesa, Yildiz sometimes. Having these players gives you a chance against any team. Chiesa is worth keeping over Rabiot and now see how he plays without Adolf Allegri.

i agree he has some skill. but he's injury record is as bad as dybala was in his last 3 seasons for juve, but he doesn't have dybala's ability or impact on the game.

i understand why he wants a pay raise when rabiot is getting that sort of money, but i say no to that.

imagine a constantly injured 9m per season player who can't play a full game and u can't sell for next 3 seasons. do we the fans want another melo?
