listen you donkey: chiesa has been here for 4 seasons. he's not had a single season where you could say yes this is the main player for juve.

why you donkeys insist on supporting him is beyond me. maybe because he is a donkey like you donkeys?

When I was 9 years old there was this little blond girl who kept calling me names. She was always trying to get on my nerves. Years later she informed me that I was her first crush.

First off I definitely want him back! Good discussion going back and forth about stay/go, but like to hear some talk about how much is the yearly salary he deserves that Juve should pay? I already asked @Boksic who gives us good opinions but no response. Maybe he missed it or has me on ignore lol? Let's talk some dollars and sense.
@Boksic Guess you have me on ignore with DMs too. No worries, I won't bother you anymore about figures regarding Chiesa! Might be a sensitive issue for you.

Can't expect success when you sell a key player every year, the core of team should be kept and build around them. We are not going to buy a proper replacement if we sell chiesa, for sure! he wasted 3 precious years under alegri's tactic, and how far out of position allegri played him. demanding more is what he wants for guarantee of his future.

I don’t mind keeping Soule, but selling him for 30 million or so is one of the easiest ways to raise funds.
sure but 30m too low in today's market. minimum should be 40.

kean we got for 40m and he sucked. and that was 3 seasons ago.

Sportmediaset is reporting that Chiesa wants to stay but is angry at Juventus cause the offer Juventus made to Rabiot, he wants a similar salary or he will leave...

Im not saying we should pay Chiesa that, but I always said that offering Rabiot 7,5M per season was not a good idea

Rabiot should fuck off, but because of growth decree shouldn't Chiesa cost us way more than Rabiot if offered same net wage?

I don't find Chiesa a consistent player and to some extent he is over-rated purely because it is unique to see any Italian attacking wide player of any note and most of them are usually wing backs or one dimensional crossers that rarely take on their man like Chiesa does.

I think its fair to say that when Juve bought him, they looked at his performance level at that time and assumed he would continue to develop into a world class attacking player. The reality is (although to some extent through no fault of his own - being injuries and Allegri playing him out of position) he has stagnated at best.

I know the Spain game should not be read too much into but the fact that Italy were behind and Italy has a complete lack of attacking talent - Chiesa was still subbed at the 64th minute mark. Its scary when you consider that players like Sancho or Greenwood (2 english players we are linked to) can't even make the national team and are arguably better wide players than Chiesa at present. This may have a lot to do with the fact that in Serie A, the most common formation is a back 3 and most teams play with wing backs. If we want an attacking winger, we will have to venture off to the EPL, La Liga or Bundesliga to get one.

I honestly cannot remember when Juventus had a world class attacking winger - and in the moments when we had compelling wide players they were usually sold prematurely - Henry and Coman are names that come to mind - Douglas Costa was awesome but he kept on getting injured. Attacking wingers have seldom been a Juve strength.

If you look at many of the successful Champions league winners of late - they all have wingers that scare the bejesus out of most full backs. Spain showed how lethal their wingers are and how effective they can be. Clearly an area where the National team and Juve currently lack.

Chiesa is like a modern car. Everyone wants one but turns out they break down a lot and are expensive for upkeep.
