Would take him any day of the week over Icardi. He’d actually be a useful addition to the team, a hardworking, goal-scoring winger with his best years still ahead of him.
Did you say goal-scoring winger? His number of goals (over the last 2 or 3 years) is lower than Sami Khedira's...

Chiesa would offer absolutely nothing more that our current wingers offer. He is very overhyped on this forum and his price tag is heavily bloated. He is a promising kid, but very inconsistent and far from prolific.

No point paying big bucks for him if costa and co are staying at the club. He is double the price he should be.

Note we will end up paying more for him in a year or two...but he would have proven his worth by then as well.

He’s overhyped by Viola because they want a high fee. This forum doesn’t overhype him at all, most people say he’s overpriced here.

Chiesa has his attributes and will compliment our team. He isnt at the level of Hazard and friends but he is very very very young... and.. he is Italian which means he could end his career in Juve if we want to..
Definitely a great future purchase..

He looks like a great future purchase, but it depends on what kind of money they ask for him. At 40 great at 60 good at 80 decent at 100 bad.
And based on commissio quotes they are looking for something in the region of 100 mil. Shame , we already have a deluded fellow running Lazio.

I kanda agree but he still is inconsistent and far from prolific 'though. There's basically no denying that.

I’m interested to know where Douglas Costa’s career is as far as Juventus is concerned. Is it at a crossroads (as it must have been under the last months of Allegri) or is there some tangible signs that Sarri is likely to start him in matches as and when the season gets underway in August.

I’m hoping he gets the chance to restate a strong claim for starting matches rather wasting away as a benchwarmer.

Fingers crossed Sarri will make the correct changes.

Chiesa is not convinced of staying at Fiorentina. He already told the club that. Federico wants Juventus, he already agreed on a 5-year 5mln€/season deal.
