On a serious note, I don't see Bernardeschi as an upgrade right now. He's a Berardi level player. I have no fuckin idea why is he valued at 50mln. The potential maybe? Unless he becomes a 100mln player it's not worth the investment and I cannot see Del Piero or Totti potential in him. Candreva at best.

I have a feeling this guy is our true target this summer. Long as Fiorentina is somewhat reasonable we will get him, they have no choice either sell him to us or risk losing on free transfer next summer.

20-25mln cause he hasn't done anything special. He looks like a jack of all trades but master of none. There's not one characterstic that puts him ahead of others which is what usually gets out of Italian football schooles.

He doesn't seem like a player that can turn into a world class winger so I don't know why the big price. He's talented, yes. But he also looks quite limited.

Dunno I haven't seen him much but I never got the impression that he's the one to look for.

True,very much.But the time frame after the opening of the mercato will force us to pay that ridiculous 40-45 mil.fee.

To be fair, at that age Candreva was playing in a team that finished 7th and lost 1-4 to Fulham

Costa is probably better player atm (def. more high profile), but its really tempting to try this guy. He is probably the best italian attacking talent (which of course doesnt says much these days), can play multiple positions and is useful in both possession football and counter attacks (while I consider Costa to be counter attacking player).
