I think this game will be very similar to the Dinamo-Juve game from Group Phase 1. Basle will definetely score, but how much I cannot say. 1-1 or 1-2.

FORZA JUVE! FORZA DEL PIERO!

i hope so!!!

i don't want them to come into the game all hyped up about knocking juventus out and adding them to the list of deportivo and liverpool!!!!

i am not realy worried as i do have faith in what ever lippi does and whatever team he choses!
i just hope DP is fit enough to get some playing time under his belt!!!!
he needs to regain some match fitness before the milan game!

I think we should play with almost all of our first team players.
Don't forget we are not 100% in the quarter final. I don't want risks.
Yes, you are right! Let DP play this game aswell as other "first" team players! Specially in the first half but if it is almost sure that we are through, like we lead the game by 2-0, then Lippi can spare some of his key players for Ac Milan game next week

I think that Basle already know that they can't knock us out; to do so they need to win by at least 4 goals.

That's not going to happen. I saw an interview with Davids right after the Depor match on Dutch TV and he said he doesn't even feel like they've qualified yet. "I will cheer if we are officially qualified after the Basel match, not any sooner", he said.

Di Vaio injured himself....

03/16/2003. Juventus have been dealt a blow with the news that Marco Di Vaio will be out for 25 days.

The former Parma striker sprained his ankle in training on Friday.

This may help Marcelo Salas' cause, as the Chilean could now get a run in the starting line-up.
