i meant to say that juve will have to take fifa to eu court because fifa will certainly ban juve from uefa competitions and if juve win the case no ban will happen but if we lose the case god will only help us
its one way ticket, once we appeal there is no way back. Juve must fight to the end and we will win this battle.

I just read the verdict of moggi & giraudo given by the TAR. though they turned down the appeal the judge did admited that the trial held by sport justice could violate the constitution, so we have a big chance to regain our status in A and in Europe

if juve break the rules action will be taken
imo, uefa and fifa these org. are just interest groups, they only have one rule that is making money as many as possible, actions would be taken once their interest is harmed. take milan as example, I dont think they allow milan to compete in cl for some political reasons but for amount of money they could earn

Did you guys watch Real Madrid vs Anderlecht a couple of days ago?

Guess who was in the stands with Real's Prez? A certain Mr. Galliani.

Insn't he supposed to be suspended and can't do work for Milan for 6 months or something like that?

I heard him say on TV before the game that Milan wanted Ronaldo and after the game that they wouldn't buy him because he cost too much.

Here's an official press release from acmilan.it

A.C. MILAN PRESS STATEMENT
8/25/2006
MILAN – In regards to the some of the news that has appeared in various newspapers, A.C. MILAN would like to clarify that chief executive Adriano Galliani went to Madrid because he was invited to assist at the Santiago Bernabeu Trophy by Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon. The invitation, which was anticipated, was used as an instrument to create an imaginary controversy between A.C. Milan and Real Madrid regarding the contact of player Kakà. Therefore, all the diverse interpretations of Adriano Galliani’s presence in that country were incorrect and the fact that nothing has happened is an example that the club has complied fully with all regulations. In addition, A.C. Milan’s negations are conducted exclusively by general manager Ariedo Braida.

Coni, Federcalcio, Lega nazionale professionisti, ministero per i giovani e lo sport, Inter and Messina are going to the TAR as parties opposed to Juve's appeal.

Inter really want to keep their paper scudetto and Messina their Serie A spot huh?

We even have the government against us in this sh*t.

I wonder what Inter's arguments would be,

We have already jerseys with the Scudetto logo on, we can't order new ones.

the thing i didnt like about the juve appeal is that the lawyers focused on that juve was treated defferantly from other teams and that juve have lost alot of money. they demand reconsideration because of that plus that we are a huge part of the italian football history.

IMO tthis is B.S. .... we must attack the FIGC judgment and prove that there was no illigal conduct. otherwise if we dont deny the guilt all arguments all useless

we shouldnt ask for fairness when we werent fair to others

we have to prove that we were as fair as any club then demand the fair punishment if any
